To develop constantly, for oneself and for the good of the customers: This is the guiding principle of PSE Solutions GmbH from Rothenburg. The solution provider shows that it is put into practice, from interim management and project management to apps for construction sites and offices.

The company started a few years ago as a service provider in project management, system engineering and requirement engineering. Soon, project management work on major construction sites such as the Neat or the Ceneri Tunnel was on the order list. PSE Solution keeps the threads together, coordinates the process, monitors the progress of the project and the fulfillment of the tasks.

In the meantime, however, PSE Solution has developed into a general or total contractor and solution provider in all industries. Accordingly, the application possibilities are broad. If a company faces problems in its organization, processes or projects, PSE Solution supports it purposefully. If an executive unexpectedly drops out, PSE Solution takes over the leadership on an interim basis. If companies in the construction industry lack specialists such as overall project managers, project managers, MSRL specialists or system engineers, the specialists of PSE Solution take over the task. If a manual process in a company is too slow, PSE Solution's specialists develop the process along with the associated digital solution. PSE Solution also handles CE approvals of products for the European market.

Quality is the focus

In the foreground of all tasks are always two points for the founder and managing director Jonas Kümin and his team: to increase quality and to save time and costs. This requires that the employees are always up to date with the latest technical knowledge. Therefore, PSE Solution demands and promotes the further education of the employees. It is also important that employees have the ability to think in a networked manner as well as coordination and communication skills.

Increasing quality and saving time and costs, however, also requires instruments with which the work can be performed efficiently and at a high quality level. The solution lies in the development of own software products, which PSE Solution also immediately tests and develops further in the application. For example, a document management system (DMS) with mobile access or the modular Building Information Management (BIM) system PRIMADOCA.

The latest software development from PSE Solutions are the two apps DokPro and DokPro Business, with which a protocol can be created on the tablet or smartphone and sent to the recipients in pdf format with additional documents or photos. An application that saves time and can be used in all industries.

Kümin did not want to reveal any details about the next projects, be it in the management or software area. However, analogous to the previous ones, this one will also arise from the needs of the customers and follow the premises of high quality as well as time and cost savings.
