Where can I see how much storage space I have available?

What is the minimum contract period for the licences?

The term of the licence agreement / subscription is at least 12 months from the date of purchase. Further details can be found in the General Terms and Conditions .

How can I centrally record my working hours?

Log in to the PSE Cloud Portal and go to "Products".There you can obtain the licence "TimeControl Synch & Interoperability Service (Cloud) / (On Premise)" to be able to record your working time centrally.

How do I synchronise my logs?

Log in to the PSE Cloud Portal and go to "Products". There you can obtain the licence "DokPro Synch & Interoperability Service (Cloud) / (On Premise)" to be able to synchronise your logs.

How can I get more data storage in the cloud?

Log in to the PSE Cloud Portal and go to "Products". There you can buy additional data storage.

What happens to my data if I no longer subscribe to the additional cloud storage space?

The data will remain stored unless you exceed the capacity limit of your cloud storage after cancelling. In this case, you will be prompted to delete existing data until you are again below the capacity limit of your cloud storage. If the capacity limit is still exceeded after 30 days, your data will be deleted according to the FIFO principle until the capacity limit of your cloud storage has been exceeded again.

How can I link several devices to the PSE Cloud?

Log in to the PSE Cloud Portal and go to "Products". There you can obtain the licence "Additional devices for synch & interoperability service" to be able to link further devices with the PSE Cloud.

How can I remove devices that are linked to the PSE Cloud?

Log in to the PSE Cloud Portal and press the Settings button. Go under the heading "Account information" and then select the heading "Devices" to be able to remove your devices or add new ones.
