The certification bodies aim to create transparency regarding quality requirements as well as to increase and ensure professionalism. Our employees hold the certifications of the International Project Management Association (IPMA), the Systems Engineering Professional Certification (INCOSE) and the International Requirement Engineering Board (IREB).

In regular internal trainings, workshops and in the Project System Engineering process the learned basics of the international certifications are constantly deepened, optimized and professionalized. In addition, we ensure the quality of our processes with internal audits. The process standards are defined in the PSE Management Manual.
